Vinyasa Yoga (Livestream w/ Zoom)

Online Class hosted by Life in Balance Yoga. 

Vinyasa yoga is ideal for those with some experience of the postures as we will move with breath in a flowing practice. This class can be physically challenging and will be infused with yoga philosophy. Class is 60 minutes in length.

This is an online class.  Zoom link will be emailed to you, you will be admitted into class a few minutes before start time.  You can also gain access to the class in the Achieve App through the My Schedule tab. 

If you use yoga props, please gather them.
