Slow flowing movement (meaning postures linked together with breath) will be approached at a slow pace for those new to yoga or for those looking for a focused and grounding practice. Sequences will build strength as well as create more flexibility in your body. This practice will bring a greater sense of personal awareness into your life physically, emotionally, and mentally. A great class to ease stress and connect with peace. Class length is 60 minutes.
