Hosted by Life in Balance Yoga in Hanover, PA, Yoga for Dancers offers a blend of fire and grace for the whole body. This 90-minute vinyasa style class will focus on balancing strength with flexibility. We will build upon yoga poses that support both joint strength and mobility with a particular focus on muscle groups not typically targeted in traditional dance training. Additionally, we will work on building strength in the upper body and balancing on a single leg. This workshop is offered in studio as well as online. In studio class is targeted for ages 10 and up. Online is open to all ages. Please bring your own yoga mat.
