Beginners Yoga is ideal for those new to yoga or for those who desire to study the foundations of yoga practice. We will explore the basic postures, breathing techniques, and philosophy of yoga. Each class will be slightly different and will allow your yoga practice to grow and flourish! Beginners yoga includes slow-flowing movements, yin yoga concepts, and relaxing restorative postures. Class length is 60 minutes.
