Beginners Yoga is ideal for those new to yoga and those who prefer to study the foundations of yoga. We will explore the basic postures of yoga, breathing techniques, and the philosophy of yoga. Each class is designed to be slightly different and will allow your yoga practice to grow and flourish! A beginners yoga practice explores flow style movements, some yin yoga concepts, and restful restorative postures. Class is 60 minutes.
This is an online class. Zoom link will be emailed to you, you will be admitted into class a few minutes before start time. You can also gain access to the class in the Achieve App through the My Schedule tab.
